White Chocolate and Cranberry Biscuits
Homemade biscuits are a delight and these white chocolate and cranberry biscuits are to die for! Try out these delicious little goodies this Christmas – fill your home with the aroma of homemade biscuits baking away in the oven.
With soft and creamy white chocolate and sweet baked cranberries these biscuits are super yummy! Make a batch to last for afternoon teas or for an extra treat in the kids lunch box.

Method

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees

Line the baking tray with baking paper

In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar, using and electric mixer cream together.

Next add the vanilla, egg and mix until all combined

Sift together flour and baking powder

Gradually adding the wet mixture into the dry. Once combined, stir in cranberries and choc chips with a wooden spoon

Using a table spoon place a spoonful on the lined tray leaving space around each cookie

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden

Allow to cool on a tray before transferring to a wire rack.
