Whenever I go out for dinner at a friend’s place, this Super Easy Vegetable Bake is my go-to bake.
Every one of my friends who has made this Vegetable Bake is a witness to how easy and delicious this is.
You see, it is a great way to use up all the vegetables slowly dying in the veggie drawer. Plus because you are adding yummies, it’s a good way to get kids to eat their veggies!
Who says healthy meals should be boring? That’s not the case with this Super Easy Vegetable Bake. It’s packed full of veggies and cheese—and we all know how much everyone loves cheese!
This is a great meal to serve when you have friends or family coming over for dinner. It’s super easy to make and it looks impressive too. The best part about this recipe is that it tastes even better the following day after the flavors have had a chance to mingle.
This means that leftovers can be stored for another night, so don’t panic if it doesn’t all get eaten in one sitting. Even better, you can substitute different vegetables if you want to change things up on another occasion.
