Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies
Thank you to Casey Butterfield for submitting this delicious recipe for Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies that is totally plant-based! Although we haven’t made this recipe yet in the Stay at Home Mum Kitchen, it looks and sounds totally delicious!
Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies are not suitable for freezing.
Method

Preheat the oven to a low 160 degrees Celcius.

Cook the sweet potato until soft. Mash it well and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.

Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
