This Vanilla Icing is a favourite baking staple of ours here at SAHM.

I am forever making cakes for birthdays and other holidays so this has been a handy recipe to follow! Aside from  cakes, I also put this on lots of others like muffins, cupcakes, slices, rolls and more!

Method

  1. Beat together the butter and icing sugar.

  2. Add the vanilla and gradually add the milk until you reach the required spreading consistency.
