Unbaked Beans
I love baked beans, but don’t love all the added extras they put in them! So I have made my own! They are super quick to make and taste delicious too! This includes mushrooms but you could easily leave them out! Makes a complete meal served with crunchy sourdough or a side to go with your bacon and eggs.
Unbaked beans make for a great quick and easy meal for a scrumptious breakfast meal or afternoon snack, it is super healthy and frugal too!

Method

Heat the pan on medium heat and add the butter to melt.

Add the onions, mushrooms and herbs and stir until they are cooked and soft.

Add the beans, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and spinach on a medium heat until they are warmed through and the spinach has wilted.

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with Crunch Sourdough
