Traditional Herb Gravy
Roast meat and Gravy are a match made in heaven!
Gravy can seem daunting but is actually really simple to make and you can add in any herbs to give it extra flavour.

Method

In a roasting pan, keep approximately 2 tablespoons of meat juices.

Add the herbs

Over a low heat sprinkle the flour over the meat juices and stir mixing together until it is slightly browned

Gradually add the stock stirring as you pour slowly as to not make lumps

Bring to the boil and simmer until desired consistency
