Why call this The Town Bike Slice?
Because it’s cheap, easy and everyone can enjoy it! I was introduced to this slice by my good friend, Donna. It is so good I must’ve eaten about six pieces and they weren’t small ones either. You just pour in the layers, pour over the condensed milk and bake. See….so easy!
With this recipe – you don’t even have to mix the ingredients. You just layer the ingredients one by one. And it is so good! When we made it we didn’t have any chocolate buds so instead we chopped up a chocolate bar into small pieces and it worked perfectly!
Are you ready for a tasty treat that’s easy to make? Look no further than the Town Bike Slice! Mix together chocolate bits, desiccated coconut, nuts of your choice, rice bubbles or coco pops, and condensed milk for a delicious and filling snack.
This recipe is perfect for a quick dessert after dinner or for sharing with friends during a cozy night in. Plus, you can customize the nuts to fit your own taste preferences. Give the Town Bike Slice a try and impress your taste buds!
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a slice tray with baking paper.

Pour in the chocolate bits and spread over the bottom of the tray evenly.

Add the cup of coconut, again spreading it evenly.
-
Add the nuts, rice bubbles and lastly, the condensed milk.
-
No need to mix it all up first - just add each ingredient as a new layer.
-
Bake for 20 minutes.
