Sweet Cajun Chicken is a smoky sweet spice blended with chicken, avocado and capsicum all rolled up in a tortilla.

Method
Mix together McCormick Sweet Cajun Chicken recipe base, chicken, capsicum and one tablespoon of oil in a large freezer bag, mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Lay out the 6 tortilla wraps and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and divide the avocado for each wrap.
Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
Brown chicken mixture (approx. 5 minutes each side) and pan fry capsicum.
Divide and place the cooked chicken and capsicum onto each wrap and top with salad leaves.
Roll up the wraps, slice diagonally in half and serve.
