These Soy Bean Burger Patties are simple, easy and oh so cheap to make!
This veggie burger patty tastes delicious even for meat lovers. It’s a great meat-free Monday recipe!
Method
Drain the soy beans.
Coarsely blend with the onion, celery and tahini.
Mix in the grated carrot.
Form patties and fry until golden and cooked through.

Soy Bean Burgers are suitable to freeze for up to two months.
