Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Cook chops in a fry pan for a couple of minutes each side until lightly browned.

Pour applesauce into the base of the slow cooker, followed by sweet potato slices.

Drizzle the honey over the sweet potato and season with salt and pepper.

Lay the pork chops over the potato and cover with the cranberry sauce. Cover and cook on low for around 7-8 hours.
