  • 1000 g Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 g Bacon Rashers
  • 250 g Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 Can Of Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Peas
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 cups Pasta
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

You can cook just about anything in a Slow Cooker, so why not try a pasta bake.

Method

  1. Brown the garlic, chicken and bacon

  2. In a bowl mix soup and sour cream

  3. In the slow cooker add the garlic, chicken, bacon and soup sour cream mix and mix them together

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours

  5. Add peas about 40 min before serving

  6. Cook the pasta according to instructions on packet

  7. When cooked stir through the pasta and ingredients in Slow Cooker and sprinkle Cheese on top
