Lemon Aioli is a garlic mayonnaise. It makes a great sauce for meats such as chicken and seafood, and is also a very versatile dip. Perfect for the warmer weather – and something a little bit fancy!
Method
Peel and crush the garlic cloves well.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Serve immediately.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
Stores well in the fridge for up to a week.
Serve with calamari rings, freshly baked fish, as a sauce on steak or baked chicken.
