These Santa Hat Cookies are fun to make and let’s face it, they look adorable! Perfect for a delectable dessert at Christmas and they’re only a little bit naughty…as long as you can stop after one!

Method

Make the sugar cookies and allow to totally cool.

Using a piping kit - pipe a small amount of icing into the middle of the sugar cookie.

Chop the top off a freshly washed strawberry and place top down on top of the icing (this makes the strawberry stick to the biscuit - and stop the cookie getting too mushy!).

Then with a star nozzle, gently pipe around the strawberry, and again on top!

- Santa Hat Cookies are not suitable to freeze.
- Serve immediately.
