Rogan Josh Meatballs are quite quick and simple to make and taste very scrumptious! These will become the new family favourite in no time at all and best of all, you can make a double batch and freeze them to have a batch ready to go next time.
Method

Mix the mince, breadcrumbs and egg together in a bowl until well combined.

Roll into meatballs.

Cook in a hot pan until browned all over and cooked through.

Remove them from the pan.

Fry off the Rogan Josh paste with the garlic and onion.

Cook until onion is soft and mixture is fragrant (about 5 minutes).

Add the tomatoes and beef stock and cook for 10 minutes or until mixture is reduced and thickened.

Add the meatballs to heat through.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Rogan Josh Meatballs are suitable to freeze for up to six months.
- Allow to cool before placing into a ziplock bag. Remove any air from the bag and place in teh freezer.
