You haven’t tasted Beetroot until you have eaten Roasted Beetroot! Roasting it brings out the sweetness and flavours, it just melts in your mouth.
Method

Preheat oven 180 degrees. Then wrap each Beetroot individually in foil and place on a tray in the oven. Bake of 1 hour.

Take out of oven and let cool a little. Peel the Beetroot, it is better to use gloves so your hand don't stain.

And now you have some tasty roasted beetroot to eat!
