Red Velvet Biscuits are a yummy finger food version of the Red Velvet Cake, and it’s so easy to make.
It’s a great idea for a party food and a food gift idea, too! They look too pretty to eat but then it’s soo delicious, people will gobble everything up straight away!
Method

Melt your butter and set aside to cool.

In another bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, cooled butter and flour.

Put in the fridge for an hour.

It should be a dough mixture.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Roll into balls and roll into the sugar and then in the icing sugar.

Place your balls on a baking pan and press flat.

Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

- To reduce the sugar content of this recipe, simply halve the amount of sugar or replace with a natural sweetener of your choice.
