I used to make Potato Chip Biscuits as a teenager. I don’t remember where the recipe is from, but I’ve made them for years. They are really yummy!!!
The potato chips give the biscuits a salty crunch, the condensed milk the sweetness. The chocolate chips are just plain decadent! These Potato Chip Biscuits are truly mesmerising!
They are best paired with your coffee, and nothing else!
This recipe is quick and easy, making this good for ‘sudden’ moments or when you’re in a rush and want to carry a truly yummy snack with you! This isn’t for the health conscious, though.
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Combine all the ingredients and mix well - but gently.

Place teaspoonful of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until nice and crispy and browned.

Serve with a nice cup of coffee - they don't need anything else!
