You’re home late, there’s nothing in the fridge or the pantry for dinner, and there’s still a day or two until payday. These Poor Man’s Nachosare quick, easy, tasty and cheap, what more could a hungry mouth ask for?
Method
Place corn chips on the plate and cover with bean dip or salsa.
Cover with grated cheese and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Yu-u-um!!
Poor Man's Nachos is not suitable to freeze.
Can be served with sour cream or guacamole, depends if you've got it in the fridge.
