You’re home late, there’s nothing in the fridge or the pantry for dinner, and there’s still a day or two until payday. These Poor Man’s Nachos are quick, easy, tasty and cheap, what more could a hungry mouth ask for?

Method

  1. Place corn chips on the plate and cover with bean dip or salsa.

  2. Cover with grated cheese and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Yu-u-um!!

  3. Poor Man's Nachos is not suitable to freeze.

  4. Can be served with sour cream or guacamole, depends if you've got it in the fridge.
