If you are a fan of peanut butter, you have to give this a try. Thick and chewy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bars are absolutely egg-free and no-bake! Warning: They are dangerously addictive!
Method

Beat softened butter with brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until fully combined. Add vanilla and peanut butter, beat until fluffy, then add flour and sweetened condensed milk. Beat and make sure everything is blended well. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Press into an 8inx8in baking dish.

For the frosting, add peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe, medium sized bowl. Melt for one minute. Stir and spread over the cookie dough.

Refrigerate for 3 hours (or overnight). Cut into bite sized 1 inch square pieces. Store in a covered container for up to a week.
