These Peanut Butter balls are not only delicious but are also GLUTEN FREE for you to enjoy!
Method
Quickly melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat, remove pan from heat and mix in the peanut butter, walnuts, cherries, shredded coconut, and confectioner's sugar.
Sculpt the resulting dough into little balls and chill them until firm.
Now melt the chocolate chips on low heat.
Using a toothpick to hold the balls, roll them around in melted chocolate and then roll in flaked coconut (optional)
Chill before serving the peanut butter balls.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
Yes this recipe can be frozen. Layer between sheets of baking paper in a sealed air tight container for up to three weeks.
