These nipple cookies will definitely be a hit at a baby shower, bridal parties or for breast cancer awareness celebrations.
As the name states these cookies look like lots of mini nipples, the flavour is also very naughty but oh so nice!
They don’t even have to be perfect, nipples don’t all look the same anyway!
Method
-
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
-
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
-
Stir in sifted flours and choc buds. Yes leave out marshmallows they come later!
-
Line baking trays with baking paper. Roll a tablespoon of cookie mix into a ball and place on tray (no need to squash). The cookies will spread to triple in size so don't try to over crowd the tray.
-
Place 6 cookie balls on a tray 5cm apart. Bake for 4 minutes.
-
Remove from oven and push 6 mini marshmallows into each cookie and bake for another 4 minutes. Sounds fiddly but it is worth it, and no you can't jut add the marshmallows to the mix, we tried already and failed!
-
Cool on tray. Serve and enjoy!
