Melting Moments are a family favourite and make great afternoon snacks or after dinner treats.
This is old-fashioned, but this Melting Moments recipe is not something to be frowned upon! This tastes amazing and I bet you’ll want to eat all 12 pieces! Eat it with ice cream and it will taste divine!
You can also make this for your kids because they will love this without a doubt! No one will be able to resist its mouthwatering goodness that stays in the mouth!
This is an easy recipe and you won’t even have to spend an hour of your time for this. You shouldn’t ignore this one!
Method

Cream butter and sugar.

Gradually add sifted flour and custard powder to the butter and sugar.

Stir until combined.

Mixture will be crumbly.

Roll mixture into balls.

Place on a lined or greased baking tray and press lightly with a fork (you can pipe them too (see picture) to make them even prettier).

Bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes or until a pale golden colour.

When cool, join together with icing or cream.
