Don’t you hate it when you throw a whole packet of sausages in the freezer without breaking them up, then realising you have to cool the whole lot at once to stop being wasteful!

1. Turn Leftover Sausages into Curried Sausages
Delicious Curried Sausages for when you need cheap but yummy savoury dish but don’t want to spend all day cooking. Though they’re irresistible enough to eat on their own, serve them over rice with some steamed veggies for one of the most flavorful and kid-friendly meals out there.
2. Use them to Make Frugal Sausage Casserole
I couldn’t resist the opportunity to experiment with Honey-flavoured sausages in my cooking and I highly recommend using them in my recipe for Frugal Sausage Casserole. They taste so good! If you’re looking for a low-cost alternative then thin beef sausages are just as tasty and can be frozen too.
3. Add Leftover Sausages to Fried Rice
If you have some leftover sausages from the barbecue last night – and don’t want to waste them – then chop them up and add them to a simple Fried Rice recipe! If you fry up the sausages pieces first – they caramelize all over and it adds loads of flavour!
