How to Make Hot Chips from Scratch in the Air Fryer
Homemade Hot Chips made in the Air Fryer are a low-fat healthier option for families that love chippies.
We are totally hooked on these healthy hot chips and so are our children. Best of all – you don’t need to buy the frozen chips to enjoy them at home – this recipe uses good ole fashioned potatoes!
Method

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks measuring about 1 cm per side.

Rinse the potatoes under running water for a few minutes.

Drain them and dry with paper towels.

Put the potatoes and just the right amount of oil in the bowl.

Cook for 37 min: sprinkle with salt and serve.
I like to use the Traditional Brushed Potatoes – the one with all the dirt of them.
I think they make the best hot chips there are!
