Kids Pannacotta is the cheat’s version of Pannacotta. It is essentially a milky jelly filled with seasonal fruit and best of all, you can make it dairy free!
Method

Heat the milk and sugar together on stove until warm but not boiling.

Stir the gelatine into boiling water.

Fill a large jelly mould or small oven dish with frozen berries.

Add gelatine mix to hot milk.

Stir like the whole world is ending.

Pour the mixture carefully into the mould and refrigerate until set.

Kids Pannacotta is not suitable for freezing
