Chocolate Crackles are a firm kids party favourite and are a great ‘first food’ to teach kids how to cook.
Just help out with the melted copha!
Method
Mix all ingredients together & spoon into patty pans. Refrigerate until set.
For white chocolate crackles, substitute the cocoa powder for powdered milk.
For pink chocolate crackles, substitute the cocoa powder for 4 tablespoons of powdered milk and one tablespoon pink drink mix.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
These drool-worthy Chocolate Crackles can be kept in a sealed air tight container for up to two days.
Rice bubbles can be used also as a substitute for puffed rice.
