You might have heard of Golden Milk, you might have even tried it, but we bet you’ve never had anything like this Iced Golden Milk Latte.
Now, the great thing about this beverage is that it isn’t just healthy, but customisable as well. Feel free to make changes based on the flavours you like, just ensuring you keep the good turmeric and ginger in the mix.
Method
In a saucepan over a medium/high heat whisk together the milks, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
Heat to high, bringing mixture to boil while whisking regularly to ensure it doesn't burn.
Once it has reached a boil, lower the heat and keep it simmering for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey and the vanilla extract.
To create an iced golden milk latte, cool the mixture completely in the fridge and serve over ice. The mix will keep for about 5-6 days.
