How To Make White Chocolate Rocky Road

Method

  1. Line the baking tray with baking paper

  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, add all the other ingredients in and mix well until combined

  3. Pour into lined tray and sprinkle with a little extra toasted coconut

  4. Set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and cut into squares
