When I see a recipe with Crunchies in it, like this Honeycomb Ice Cream Slice, then I am in! This will make you go weak at the knees. So easy to make and so easy to eat!
Method
Beat thickened cream until firm, now add cooking cream & beat until just thick again. You don't want to over beat as the cream will start to separate.
Crush 4 crunchie bars and stir through cream mix. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with baking paper or cling wrap.
Ensure the edges are overflowing so you can use this to lift out once set.
Place lattice biscuits in lined dish and pour cream mix on top. Freeze overnight until set. When set cut & serve immediately.
