This Honeycomb and Strawberry Meringues are for when you are feeling like cheating a little.

Pour cream in medium sized bowl, add mini pavlovas and honeycomb. Stir through with a spatula, you want the mix nice and chunky.

Place meringue nests out on serving tray, place 2 tablespoons of cream mix on each nest. Top with strawberries and serve!

Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Honeycomb and Strawberry Meringues are not suitable for freezing.
- You can make the cream ahead of time and keep refrigerated in airtight container for 1 day, though the cream will go a golden honeycomb colour.
- You can add any fruit of your choice, let us know your favorite fruit topping at your place!
