My boys are mad on Homemade Hash Browns. Can’t really say I’m a big fan, they are usually greasy and fatty. But home made Hash Browns are much nicer – especially as you can do these in the oven!
Method
Mix together and cook on a frying pan.
Place in oven set at 100 degrees C for 10 - 20 minutes.
Homemade Hash Browns are not suitable for freezing.
Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
