Homemade Cold Chocolate Popsicles

Hot chocolates are great, but when it’s a stinking hot day they’re about the last thing you want to fix your chocolate cravings, which is where these Homemade Cold Chocolate Popsicles come in. They’re fudge-y, flavour-filled and oh-so-chocolately. You’re going to love em!

Method

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together the milk and cream. At the same time in a large jug, place the chocolate chips.

  2. Heat the milk/cream on high in the microwave until hot, but not boiling.

  3. To the milk mixture whisk in the cocoa and sugar until they are completely blended.

  4. Now pour that milk mixture over the chocolate chips, and stir quickly until the chips are completely melted. Allow this mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into your popsicle moulds.

  5. Freeze for 6-8 hours.
