Our lovely Golden Cake is a simple and frugal recipe a great way to use up leftover egg yolks!
Method
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Add vanilla. Add flour then milk and mix until combined.
Pour into a greased or lined loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
