Method

Soak quinoa flakes in water for 1 hour.

Add remaining ingredients and stir through.

Heat sandwich press, then line with large sheet of baking paper, place 3/4 cup of quinoa mix onto baking paper then fold paper over so top and bottom are covered, close sandwich press.

Make sure height setting is not on so sandwich press closes flat. Leave for 3-4 mins until golden brown.

Top with desired pizza toppings and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
