Gluten Free Fruit Crumble tastes just like the normal one only better for your digestive system if you are gluten intolerant. My family loves any kind of crumble, but when grandma comes around we need to have a gluten free one and this one is just the ants pants.
Method
Make sure the cornflour is gluten free and NOT wheaten cornflour.
Arrowroot flour could be used instead of cornflour.
The fruit combination is entirely up to you. For low allergen go for pear on its own, or if you can't get good frozen berries use a few fresh ones.
