Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies – chewy, chocolatey and delectable!
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line a lamington tin with grease proof paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Stir well.
Pour into the lamington pan and bake for 1/2 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool in the tin and serve with a big dollop of cream or ice cream.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies are suitable for freezing. Allow to cool before wrapping in baking paper and sealing in an air tight container for up to two months.
