These Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies are extremely easy to make and taste delicious! It’s a perfect treat for when you’re having cravings – it will only take you less than 30 minutes to make some. If you want variety, you can different types of chocolate like white chocolate chips.

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.

Beat in condensed milk.

Add the flour and guar gum and mix on low speed until smooth.

Stir in choc bits until well combined.

Roll about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays and press lightly with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.
