This scrumptious Garlic Butter Scallops is an easy recipe to whip us with the De’longhi Multicuisine. Succulent scallops sautéed with garlic, parsley and butter. *Droool* Will definitely leave you wanting more!
Method

Prepare the De'longhi Multicuisine and insert the paddle.

Make sure you have rinsed the scallops. After rinsing, pat dry using a kitchen paper.

Put the butter and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, set the PAN program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.

After 2 to 3 minutes or when the butter has melted, put in the scallops, the salt and the pepper and then cook in for 7-8 minutes.

After that, add in the lemon juice, some parsley and you're done!

Serve immediately.
