Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a 20cm square pan by greasing it.
Add all ingredients into a food processor, and process until everything is smooth. This is super important, so make sure you blend the mixture really, really well.
Pour this mix into a pan and cook for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting. If the brownies don't look cooked, pop them in the fridge and chill overnight for the ultimate delicious brownie!
