Aussie summer means prawns. And whenever I want a taste of summer (even if it’s April or June) I like to put these Dill Prawns together. 

This one’s a really quick recipe to make and delicious enough to satisfy my cravings. It’s also really cheap and effortless so it’s great for lazy days. Serve with a salad and dinner is done! If you’re after something fancy place it on skewers before cooking.

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

  2. Cook on a hot bbq or in a pan for approximately 3-4 minutes each side until cooked.

  3. Serve hot with some yoghurt.
