Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Place six teacups on a flat baking tray.

Put a tiny dollop of syrup in the bottom of each teacup and place the butternut cookie on top (the syrup is to hold the biscuit down during cooking).

In a food processor, place the cream cheese, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Process until nice and smooth.

Pour the mixture into each of the teacups, leaving a good 1.5cm room for rising in each cup (depending on the size of your teacup - you may be able to make more than 6).

Cook for approximately 25 minutes - top should start rising and will brown slightly. Turn off oven but leave cheesecakes in the cooking oven for another 20 minutes.

- Teacup-Baked Cheesecakes are not suitable for freezing.
- Serve with a dollop of cream, ice cream, blueberries or anything you want, really!
- Will store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
