Is there anything as delicately elegant as a good pavlova?
Pavlolva is a dessert named after Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova, which basically tells us that pavlova is the darling of all things sweet. It is a meringue cake that comes with a crisp crust and a soft, light dessert and is usually topped with fruits and whipped cream.
I know this recipe is probably present on your dinner tables whole year around, but let me show you 12 pavlovas done in absolute perfection.
