Crispy Sesame Salmon
This is one of my most favourite recipes and my family’s too!
I started by cooking the usual crispy skin salmon, potatoes and steamed greens, then realised that by adding just one different ingredient a whole world of flavours came about. The sesame seeds bring your average salmon to a whole new level.
This makes even the most novice salmon cook look like an expert! The seeds make it go crispy every time so no more soggy skin!

Place skin side down and press gently until seeds stick.
-
Add the salmon pieces skin side down and cook until the salmon is cooked almost half-way through then flip over.
