Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Melt the copha slowly over a low heat, cool slightly and pour onto dry ingredients.

  3. Mix well and fold through the chopped glazed cherries and spoon into paper cups.

  4. Refrigerate until set

  5. White Christmas Crackles are not suitable to freeze.

  6. They should be kept in an air tight container for up to five days.
