Very Vanilla Fudge. We have a few good fudge recipes here at Stay At Home Mum, this one happens to be my favourite. The reason being, it’s super easy to make.
To make the Very Vanilla Fudge a bit Christmassy, add some crushed candy canes – it gives it a peppermint hit and is so delicious!
In a microwave proof dish melt all ingredients except for the vanilla extract for 1 minute on high.
When all melted beat with electric beaters for 3 minutes. Add the vanilla.
Pour onto baking paper in slice tin.
Sprinkle hundreds and thousands over the top to make it look colourful
Refrigerate to set for 3 hours.
Recipe Hints and Tips:
Very Vanilla Fudge is not suitable to freeze.
