This Chunky Chocolate Cookies recipe will make about 16 large cookies (but I double the ingredients to make more!)
Method
-
Add sugar, egg and oil to a mixing bowl and mix well together.
-
Sift the cocoa and flours into the bowl, then add the choc bits.
-
Mix all ingredients together gently then knead the mixture lightly with your hands to make a soft dough.
-
Roll approx. 1tsp of dough into a ball and repeat.
-
Place the balls onto the baking trays and bake one tray at a time for 12 minutes each.
-
Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack before eating!
Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Chunky Chocolate Cookies dough is suitable to freeze for up two months.
