If you’re looking for a dessert with a simple but elegant flavour, you can’t go past these Chocolate Panna Cotta. Super creamy and with a great chocolatey flavour, these panna cotta are not as hard as you might think. Just follow the instructions, and you’ll soon be chowing down on these delicious treats.
Method

Prepare six small containers, such as jars, ramekins or small bottles on a baking sheet. Set aside.

Pour the milk into a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the milk and allow to soften for five minutes.

In a medium saucepan, mix the cream and sugar using a whisk. Place over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil, whisking to dissolve the sugar. Add the gelatine mixture, and whisk to combine.

Remove from heat and stir through the finely chopped chocolate and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Pour this mixture through a fine sieve into a large measuring cup (glass is best). Divide evenly into your containers, and chill for at least four hours, or until set.

Serve cold, topped with anything you'd like.
