Easy Chocolate Fudge Slice
Easy Chocolate Fudge Slice is a staple in my household. It’s easy, made with simple ingredients I always have it in the cupboard. My friends and family just adore it!! Great warm with a dollop of cream or serve it hot with some nuts, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream for a delicious hot chocolate sundae!
To make these Fudge Slices extra ‘Fudgy’ – use the Dutch Cocoa – you can pick it up at most supermarkets where you find the normal cocoa.
Easy Chocolate Fudge Slice can be made and frozen for up to two months.

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine.

Add melted butter and combine.

Add egg and combine.

Press into a greased slice pan and cook for 12 mins in a moderate oven.

Ice with chocolate icing while warm and sprinkle with coconut.
