This Choco Caramel Pecan Cheeseball is something new, something delicious and something sweet.
We loooove this cheeseball as appetiser, snack or for dessert. It’s also perfect for parties, for when friends come over or when watching a movie.
This also has that wow factor that makes it gorgeous on the table – like a centrepiece!
We love cheeseballs in all shapes and forms, but we definitely love and enjoy cheeseballs. However, most recipes are limited to savoury cheeseballs that options for sweet cheeseballs are quite limited.
I tried recipes but there was always something lacking, so I decided to create my own. I hope you’ll love and enjoy this sweetness of a cheeseball as we do!
It’s full of crunch and texture and a must to pair with crackers we’re sure that friends and family will enjoy this as well.
Method
-
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together for a minute or until light and fluffy.
-
Add vanilla, caramel sauce and sugar to cream cheese mix and beat until combined. Then, add in some mini chocolate chips and toffee chips, leaving half of the chocolate and toffee chips for later.
-
Wrap the bowl with clear wrap, turn it over, pouring contents into the cling wrap and attempt to shape it into a ball. Make sure to use clear wrap that is firm and well wrapped to avoid contents from leaking. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
-
Remove cheese ball from the refrigerator and set aside. In a large bowl or plate, mix together chocolate chips, toffee chips and chopped pecan nuts.
-
Roll cheese ball to the chips and nuts, covering the entire ball evenly.
-
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
