If you want to mix up your breakfast options every once in a while, this Chicken Noodle Omelette makes a great change to your traditional morning omelette.
Method
Cook noodles as normal (including flavour) and drain well. Combine noodles, chicken, parsley, cheese and eggs, mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes in non stick frying pan, don't stir.
Sprinkle with cheese & cook under oven grill for 2 mins.
Serve.
